Remote Session
To get started with a remote support session, please call us at 800-761-6651. All sessions must be scheduled before a connection is made.
During a session, we can help you with application support, troubleshoot and resolve problems, help you install new software, and more. We see everything on your screen and can control your keyboard and mouse.
Remote Support requires a broadband internet connection.
Support sessions are billed at $75 per hour, in 15-minute increments. You will be billed for a minimum of 30 minutes. Managed IT Plan sessions will be debited from allocated plan hours in 15 minute increments.
