We come to you, pick up your computer, and set it back up when it’s finished. We’ll connect it and go over the repair details.

Don’t want to spend a fortune? We can offer a telephone estimate for many services. For general consulting and repairs our rate is $75 / hour. We think that’s a bargain, and after working with us, you will too.
Computer Emergency? If you need us there right away (or after hours) we’re going to charge a bit more. For those life-or-death situations our rate is $95 / hour.
Need a helping hand or want it fixed fast? We offer remote support at our standard rate– often available same-day. We can see your screen and work on your computer without needing to be there.
